OXFORD-KOBE SEMINAR ON LANGUAGE CHANGE AND HISTORICAL LINGUISTICS FINAL CIRCULAR A final reminder that an Oxford-Kobe Seminar on Language Change and Historical Linguistics will be held at the Kobe Institute of St. Catherine's College, Oxford, in Kobe, Japan, from 7-10 April 2002.
