Description:

The Department of Romance Languages at the University of North
Carolina at Greensboro is currently taking applications for a Visiting
Assistant Professor Spanish position for the 2003-2004 academic year.
Ph.D. by time of appointment (8/1/03). ABD applicants will be
considered for the position at the lecturer level. Native/near-native
fluency in Spanish and English. Hispanic Linguistics preferably;
ability to teach PHONETICS highly desirable. Commitment to excellence
in scholarship, teaching and service. Teaching load: 3 courses per
semester; culture and language at undergraduate and MA levels.
One-year appointment. Send application letter, c.v., graduate
