We are pleased to announce the completion of the Jewish Language Research Website: http://www.jewish-languages.org/ This website is designed to be a resource for Linguists, Jewish Studies Scholars, and the general public to learn about the speech and writing of Jewish people throughout history and around the world. It provides information about 14 Jewish languages: Hebrew, Jewish Aramaic, Jewish English, Jewish Malayalam, Judeo-Arabic, Judeo-French, Judeo-Greek, Judeo-Iranian, Judeo-Italian, Judeo-Persian, Judeo-Portuguese, Judeo-Proven�al, Judeo-Spanish/Judezmo/Ladino, and Yiddish The site presents short descriptions and bibliographies of these languages written by top researchers, and it provides contact information for over 50 scholars from 10 countries.
