University or Organization: Concordia University Department: Dept. of Classics, Modern Languages & Linguistics Rank of Job: Lecturer Specialty Areas: Linguistic Theories Description: The Department of Classics, Modern Languages and Linguistics at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada invites applications for one five-month, full-time limited-term appointment in the area of linguistic theory. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or ABD status, as well as an active research profile and experience in teaching a variety of courses. Subject to budgetary approval, the appointment will be made at the rank of Lecturer and will run from January 5, 2004 until May 31, 2004.
