I'm a lawyer looking for a linguist/grammarian to review, for a fee to be negotiated, parts of the manuscript of my forthcoming book ''A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting,'' to be published by the American Bar Association in 2004. The areas to be reviewed address linguistics topics such as syntactic ambiguity, the semantic ambiguity of plural nouns and ''and,'' ''or,'' ''every,'' and ''each,'' and verb use in different contexts. I anticipate a total of 10 to 20 hours of work during December and January. Thanks, Ken AdamsMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issue
