University or Organization: Universite de Montreal Department: RALI Laboratory Rank of Job: Post Doc Specialty Areas: Computational Linguistics, Statistical NLP Description: The RALI Laboratory at Universite de Montreal is looking to hire a full-time researcher or a post-doctoral student to work on the TransType2 project (TT2). TT2 is an international research project, funded in part by the European Commission's Fifth Framework Programme, whose goal is to develop an innovative type of interactive machine translation system. For more on the project, see: http://tt2.sema.es This is a eighteen-month term position, from January 2004 until June 2005, although there may be some possibility of continuing on at the RALI after the end of the TT2 project.
