Dear colleagues,

	a couple of months ago we posted a query on the discourse functions of
nominal forms of address (LINGUIST 14.2130). While response has not been as
extensive as we wished for, we have been able to add a few interesting
items to our bibliography which helped shed light on the instances of
address in our data.
