Description:

Our client is a leading government contractor. Join them and work for
intelligence community customers. A resourceful, can-do attitude is
essential. Must be able to interact with others in a team
environment. Some ability to process and comprehend technical
information is required, and past experience in operational analysis
is desired. Translate from a foreign language into English or English
into a foreign language printed documents, newspaper or magazine
articles, written text, electronic media, and live audio or audio
recordings. Transcription work may be transcribing English handwritten
text to electronic form or foreign handwritten text to electronic
form. May be asked to act as an interpreter. May be required to travel
occasionally to locations elsewhere within US or internationally.

Education: BS/BA in Linguistics of Foreign Studies preferred.
Requirements: 
*Active clearance preferred. Ability to obtain clearance necessary. 
*Previous translator experience.Interpreter certification.
Location: McLean, VA. Local Candidates Preferred.
