Topics for discussion include: The Relationship Between Prosody and Syntax, Phonological Parrsing, Prosody and Processing, Syntax and Information Structure. The Department of Linguistics at Indiana University would like to announce the following workshop: ''Workshop on Prosody, Syntax and Information Structure: A Japanese Perspective'' The event will be cosponsored by the Cognitive Science Program, the School of Informatics, and the Department of Speech and Hearing Science, and will be held from Friday, April 30 to Saturday, May 1 at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
