Description:

In celebration of its 40th anniversary and as part of a major
expansion of the university, the University of York is currently
seeking to fill 10 readerships in a range of disciplines, including
linguistics. The University's Department of Language and Linguistic
Science is keen to encourage applications for any area of linguistics,
but would particularly welcome applications from researchers in
Language Variation and Change or any other field of Sociolinguistics.

Salary will be within the range �35,251 - �39,958 per annum (pay award
pending).
