English Linguistics. One-year temporary position beginning Fall, 2004. ABD or Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, English Linguistics, or related discipline required; expertise in phonetics preferred. Applicant must be able to teach introductory courses in linguistics, including a sociolinguistics-focused freshman general education course, as well as composition courses. Ability to teach graduate courses in TESOL, particularly phonetics/phonology pedagogy, preferred.
