Description:

Applicants for TESL should be native speakers of English and should
have at least a postgraduate degree in language teaching or related
areas.

Appointees will be required to conduct individual and collaborative
research, teach specialized as well as language proficiency courses
(listening, speaking, reading, and writing), participate in curriculum
development, and perform some administrative duties. Salaries will be
based on the government pay scale, and commensurate with
qualifications and experience.

Certification of degrees, a copy of identity card (R.O.C. citizen
only), a copy of graduate transcript, a copy of dissertation, samples
of publications, C.V., and brief statements of current research,
specialties, and courses that can be offered to both graduate and
undergraduate students, should be sent (by April 23, 2004).
