 Thanks to Elina Savino for detailed information on the consortium involved
 in AVIP/API:
 
 The AVIP project (and its extention, the API project) was not a ''joint
 project with Laboratorio Linguistica of the Scuola Normale Superiore in
 Pisa and the Linguistics Department of the Universita' di Napoli Federico
 II'', but it was a  national project co-founded by the Italian Government
 which involved a consortium of five universities, i.e:
 
 1) Laboratorio di Linguistica, Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa
 2) Dipartimento di Elettrotecnica ed Elettronica, Politecnico, Bari
 3) CIRASS, Università ''Federico II'', Napoli
 4) Laboratorio di Fonetica, Istituto Universitario Orientale, Napoli
 5) Dipartimento di Linguistica, Università del Piemonte Orientale
 ''Avogadro'', Vercelli.
 
 The API project/corpus was an extention of AVIP and involved the same five
 universities above plus the University of Pisa.
