Description:

Berlitz Language Services is seeking instructors of Pashto for
programs for adult learners. Locations include: Norfolk/Virginia
Beach, VA; Syracuse, NY; Portland, OR; Seattle/Tacoma, WA, among other
locations.

Instructors will be responsible for course preparation, delivery of
instruction, counseling and/or evaluating students, examining and
grading student work and preparing the requisite reports.

Instruction will be conversational/communicative, with an emphasis on
four-skill teaching techniques, including listening comprehension,
with a strong focus on authentic language use.

Instructors need, at minimum, a B.A. degree (in Modern Languages
and/or Education a plus); native-level fluency in the language(s) to
be taught; successful completion of Berlitz Instructor Training;
eligibility for employment in the U.S. (as per INS regs.).
