Skills Requirements: Perl, shell scripting, C++ all in Unix development
environment only. Experience in UTF-8 (UCS Transformation Format 8), special
characters, special input methods. Exeprience in shared code development
environment, using CVS/SourceSafe, XML, and debugging tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work on this team with a
variety of cultural and technical backgrounds. Interest in European current
events, news, and pop culture through newspapers and tv preferred.

Language requirement: Fluency in EU languages French or German OR Chinese/
Korean
