The Journal CONCENTRIC: STUDIES IN LINGUISTICS is a refereed, international
journal published biannually (in June and December) by the Department of
English, National Taiwan Normal University. We usually set up a special
theme for each issue, but we welcome papers on all aspects of theoretical
and applied linguistics. The language of publication is English.
The forthcoming issues will be devoted (but not restricted) to the theme
'Austronesian Linguistics' for CONCENTRIC 31.1 (June 2005), and 'Chinese
Linguistics' for CONCENTRIC 31.2 (December 2005), respectively. The
deadline for manuscripts intended as special topic submissions for
CONCENTRIC 31.1 is March 15, 2005, and that for CONCENTRIC 31.2 is August
31, 2005. However, we accept manuscripts throughout the year.
