Description:

A 15-month research post is available on an MRC-funded project working with
Dr. Gareth Gaskell. The ongoing research will investigate how people learn
new words and consolidate these memories in the mental lexicon. The
postholder will be involved in planning, executing and analysing
experiments using a range of experimental methods.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the potential to conduct
excellent research. Ideally, the candidate will have experience of the
issues and techniques relevant to speech perception research. The position
is available at the postdoctoral level, but applicants with a good first
degree and/or postgraduate training are also encouraged to apply.
