 LINGUIST will now resume posting. We hope each of you had a pleasant
 holiday season and we'd like to especially thank those of you who came by
 our office hours at LSA. We enjoyed meeting all of you and appreciate your
 feedback. Additionally, we invite each of you to contact us at any time at
 linguistlinguistlist.org with suggestions or comments, since your input
 allows us to serve the linguistics community in the most effective way.
 
 Please note that there will be a higher volume of messages as we post
 everything submitted over the break. We also ask for your patience as it
