Software Developer for Linguistic Applications

At the MPI for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen (The Netherlands) we are
looking for a software developer who is interested to work in linguistic
application and infrastructure building projects. Basically we are applying
Grid like technologies and Semantic Web ideas to the domain of language
resources. Integrating language resource archives virtually via the web,
finding proper solutions to achieve interoperability and developing
web-based commentary frameworks are the buzzwords that may describe our
work with a few words.

The new person would join a small team of experienced developers. We expect good
knowledge and experience in object-oriented Java programming. Knowledge about
XML would be valuable.
