Description:
The Naming Consultant works with the Executive Directors and members of the
Verbal Branding team to provide the creative expertise and excellence that
will lead to successful verbal branding solutions that strategically identify,
address, and solve a client's business problems. He/she will generate impactful,
innovative, break-through on-strategy names, brand lines, brand drivers, and
other verbal branding deliverables. The naming consultant will help develop and
deliver client proposals and presentations that reflect creative and strategic
excellence in verbal branding. He/she will also communicate findings and
recommendations in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner in written, oral
and presentation forms.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in English, Linguistics,
Liberal Arts, or related studies and have exposure and/or minimum 3-5 years
experience in teaching, languages, marketing, communication, or related field.
He/She should have experience with naming and nomenclature strategy and its
relevance in marketing. He/she will have an understanding of fundamental
linguistic concepts and how perception is shaped by linguistic factors.
Excellent creative writing skills and compelling presentation skills. Mac
proficiency; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus.
