University or Organization: Dongduk Women's University Department: English Job Rank: Instructor Specialty Areas: General Linguistics Description: Dongduk Women's University, a private four-year university in Seoul, has teaching positions open for several qualified EFL instructors. The position starts in March of 2006 and instructors are expected to teach 12-15 hours per week in the university's general English Program. Candidates should have a Master's degree in TESOL or related disciplines from an accredited institution in the States and should have previous experience teaching university level international students. The ideal candidate will think creatively and will make on-going efforts to make learning English an enjoyable and productive experience. The teaching contract will be based on a 12-month assignment, with the option to renew for a second year-long term. DWU offers an attractive benefits package that includes a competitive salary (based on experience); housing and health insurance are provided, and round trip air fare will be covered upon completion of teaching assignment.
