Just a note to remind you about WILMA (Women in Linguistics Mentoring
Alliance):
WILMA provides women in Linguistics with mentors to help them with
general survival skills and advice, pairing junior women with
relatively more senior women at different institutions to create
ongoing mentoring relationships. WILMA is now entirely web-based,
and can accommodate one-on-one or group mentoring.

(COSWL), a committee of the Linguistics Society of America (LSA).
