The conference will feature speakers from several disciplines (linguistics, psychology, computational linguistics)discussing their work on idioms and collocations.
The Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences, Berlin will host the second conference on Collocations and Idioms: Linguistic, Computational, and Psycholinguistic Perspectives November 2-4, 2006 Speakers: Stefan Evert, University of Osnabrueck Sam Glucksberg, Princeton University Uli Heid, Stuttgart University Anna Korhonen, Cambridge University Eric Laporte, Marne-la-Vallee Diana McCarthy, University of Sussex Rosamund Moon, Birmingham University Michael Stubbs, Unversity of Trier Uli Heid, University of Stuttgart Alison Wray, Cardiff University Attendance at the conference is free of charge, but we require registration by September 1, 2006 due to limited space.
