NALDIC Annual Conference 14 - Advocacy, Entitlement and Expectations Saturday November 11th 2006 SOAS, London NALDIC's 14th Annual Conference features Professor Jo Lo Bianco from the University of Melbourne as the keynote speaker.The conference will include perspectives on the education of pupils learning English as an additional language from around the British Isles. The conference will explore the range of expectation and entitlements and consider how, in a situation of funding uncertainty,practitioners can help to ensure high expectations and full entitlement for EAL learners. Confirmed speakers include: Constant Leung - Kings College London Joanna McPake - Univeristy of Stirling Matthew Wallen - University of Limerick Meirion Prys Jones - Welsh Language Board Price for members is £85, non-members £120
