In addition, the College of Arts and Sciences at Oakland University has announced next year's 'Celebrating the Liberal Arts' theme, 'Global Citizenship', which will give the campus a chance to take a closer look at the sociological, cultural, linguistic, and economic dimensions of globalization, including topics like bilingualism and English as a global language.
