Description:
Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Spanish or related field; strong
commitment to research and teaching; knowledge of sociolinguistics; native
or near-native fluency of Spanish. A.B.D. candidates may apply but title
and salary will depend on Ph.D. status at time of appointment.
Responsibilities: teaching, research and service; teaching load is two
courses per semester including a graduate seminar. An offer of employment
is contingent upon satisfactory pre-employment background check.
