ABD with concentration in TESOL, Second Language Acquisition or Applied Linguistics required, Ph.D. preferred. Teaching responsibilities of this position include ESL and TESOL courses in our MA-TESOL program, and ESL endorsement program. This position also involves supervision of student teachers. Successful experience in ESL/EFL courses and ESOL teacher preparation programs required. Experience in US-based K-12 highly desirable and a central focus of search. Experience with CALL/teaching technologies also desirable. Previous overseas teaching experience/knowledge of a foreign language expected. Ability to work permanently in U.S. required prior to first day of employment.
