Our department houses five full-time faculty members in linguistics with specializations in French syntax, semantics, phonology & phonetics, sociolinguistics, second language acquisition, and bilingualism. The standard departmental financial aid package includes full tuition, a teaching assistantship stipend (currently $14,670), and 80% of Penn State health insurance costs. Competitive fellowships are also available for the most highly qualified applicants.
