The commission of ¨Romania Nova¨, ALFAL invites papers to its second workshop to be held in Universidade Federal de Alagoas in the V Econtro Nacional de Língua Falada e Escrita. The research comission of Romania nova is interested in promoting and creating a space for comparative studies of the Romance languages spoken in the Americas. The areas of discussion can be phonology, morphology, syntax, sociolinguistics and historical linguistics. The abstracts are invited for 30 minute talks (plus 10 minutes for discussion).
