Description:

The Institute of Translation and Interpreting of Zurich University of Applied
Sciences is looking for a Research Assistant or Associate to participate in
various applied linguistics and translation projects. Applicants should have:

- a Master's degree or equivalent in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics or related
field
- native or near-native competence in English
- excellent writing skills in English and German
- background in data analysis
- familiarity with standard MS Office or similar applications
- teaching experience
- a suitable work permit for Switzerland

Experience in acquiring and/or managing research projects would be an asset.
Current and prospective PhD candidates are encouraged to apply.
