Description:
The Linguistics Department of the University of Potsdam invites applications for
a position of a full professorship (W2) of Psycholinguistics/Neurolinguistics
with a particular emphasis on Language Processing (either Language Production or
Language Comprehension). Applicants should have an excellent background both in
theoretical psycholinguistics/neurolinguistics and in different experimental
methods for the study of human language processing. Extensive experience in
developing research programs is required as well as an excellent record in
obtaining research grants. Applicants are expected to work in close cooperation
with other researchers of the department and to contribute to the Research
Center Information Structure. In addition, dedicated teaching in the different
programs of the department (BSc and MSc Linguistics, Computational Linguistics,
BSc and MSc Clinical Linguistics) is required.
