SDL Trados Specialist and Deputy Group Manager
CLS Communication, a top language services provider employing around 330
people at its offices in Europe and subsidiaries around the world, is
seeking a Deputy Group Manager to start as soon as possible in its Language
Technology department in Zurich, Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
As a CAT specialist, you will assist the Language Technology team in their
daily support activities, focusing mainly on SDL Trados-specific queries.
You will organize and give SDL Trados training to our employees in
Switzerland and abroad, participate in consulting activities both with our
internal departments and with clients, evaluate new tools and support the
Group Manager in day-to-day business.
Your profile:
A sound knowledge of the SDL Trados tools, possibly gained in a support
position, is a must. We also expect you to speak fluent German and English;
any further languages are also an advantage. You have excellent teaching
skills and the ability to work under time pressure. You are a team player
who can integrate with people from different cultural backgrounds and is
willing to take on responsibility for a team of eight employees when needed.
