Description:

The Department of Foreign Languages & Literature at National Sun Yat-sen
University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (R.O.C.), invites applications for one
full-time faculty position. The appointment is to be effective on August
1, 2007, subject to budgetary approval.

Qualification:
Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics or related fields

Application Documents:
a) Curriculum vitae, including publication list
b) Certificate/evidence of current academic position
c) A photocopy of Ph.D. diploma
d) Three letters of recommendation
e) Offprints/samples of at least two recent publications (within five years)
f) A description of courses you have taught or propose to teach: preferably
one for composition, another for an undergraduate-level linguistics course,
and the other for a graduate-level linguistics seminar.

All application materials must be received no later than February 28, 2007.
