Duties: -Taking in-bound calls from customers, understanding their needs and agreeing a follow-up action to supply their needs -Logging call details onto the service system -Triaging fault calls by phone and using remote control software -Support of USSI service reps on site -Escalating break-fix calls not successfully resolved remotely to field service -Emergency on site field service cover Required experience and skills: -Experience of dealing with the public -Telephone skills (i.e. good verbal communicator) -Good knowledge of Dutch, German and English language essential -Experience of installing and supporting Dictaphone products an advantage (training will be given) -Knowledge of W2003/XP -Able to work on own initiative -Well-organised, able to assign priority -Team player -Must speak fluently German, Dutch and English Location: Merelbeke or Aachen Office Interested?
