This appointment is outside the tenure stream. Applicants must have an MA or MEd in TESOL, applied linguistics or a closely related field that relates to English as a Second Language. Competence in the following areas is required: three or more years teaching in an IEP context, teacher supervision, general knowledge of curriculum development, and good communication and organizational skills. Competence in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: reading, writing, testing, overseas teaching experience, well-developed computer literacy skills, classroom-research experience. This is a 12-month, renewable appointment. Candidates should send a cover letter, CV, three (3) hard copies of letters of reference to the search committee.
