''Discourse - News on the study of language use'' is a daily updated,
Spanish written blog with news and links related to discourse studies
(discourse analysis, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, applied linguistics,
corpus linguistics, etc.).
It offers several links that might be useful for discourse analysts
(resources, databases, bibliography, corpora, dictionaries and
encyclopaedias, journals, associations, researchers and research groups,
mailing lists and scholarships). It gets 1,000 visits per week.
The blog is especially aimed at Latin-American and Spanish researchers, but
also at scholars interested in Spanish linguistics. It is maintained by
Federico Navarro, assistant professor of General Linguistics at the
University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
