Special Qualifications: Opportunities exist for mature individuals from the high-school level on up through graduate school. We can calibrate an internship to your existing level of experience, while giving you the opportunity to grow as an individual and as a researcher.
Description:
You might assist with data collection, data analysis, or protocol development in the areas of cognitive neuroscience, experimental psycholinguistics, literacy research or language development research. Skills that are valued in our lab include basic computer literacy (wordprocessor, spreadsheet or slideshow), to programming and scripting (python, matlab, R), to graphic arts (traditional or computer-based), and more. No matter what your background may be, if you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and to contribute, we may be able to find a place for you. Opportunities exist throughout the year, including the academic year and summer months.
