Description:

The Language Research Center, a division of McNeil Technologies, Inc, has
immediate openings at our Hyattsville, MD offices for full-time linguists
to join our staff to prepare language-training materials such as bilingual
dictionaries, readers, grammars, and textbooks. Our primary areas of
interest are the languages of Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, the
Philippines, Central Asia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in applied
linguistic research; in lieu of ten years experience, two years experience
and a master's degree in language and literature, linguistics, or area
studies may be substituted. Field work and publications highly desirable.

Must be a US citizen and work on-site. A low-level security clearance is
required. M/F/V/D - EOE.
