An der Fakultät für Linguistik und Literaturwissenschaft ist zum 1.10.2009
eine W 3 - Professur für Anglistische Linguistik zu besetzen.
Die Professur vertritt die anglistische Linguistik in Forschung und Lehre
in ihrer ganzen Breite. Die Stelleninhaberin/Der Stelleninhaber
unterrichtet in allen Studiengängen des Fachs Anglistik: British and
American Studies.
Erwartet werden Schwerpunkte in den Bereichen Soziolinguistik,
Varietätenlinguistik und Grammatik der englischen Sprache. Erwünscht sind
Erfahrungen in der Sprachkontaktforschung.
Erwartet wird ferner die Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in laufenden und
künftigen Forschungsprojekten der British and American Studies und der
Linguistik.
Einstellungsvoraussetzungen sind ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und
eine qualifizierte Promotion in einem einschlägigen Fach sowie zusätzliche
wissenschaftliche Leistungen, die ausschließlich und umfassend im
Berufungsverfahren bewertet werden.
