Since my original posting asking on lists that deal with the Gulf Crisis, I received many answers and the crisis turned into a war. Since many asked that I inform them of the results, and it might be of interest to others, I hereby summarize the answers sent to me. Thanks to all the respondants. 1. Apparently, for all those who have UseNet access, the best place to go is Alt.Desert-Shield , and there are some other alternatives there. 2. For the less fortunate, such I myself, that do not have such access (which does not seem to be available from a VM/Bitnet account) there are some lists that are dealing mainly with the war these days. Among them: PoliticsMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issueUCF1VM Newse-L
INDYCMS Activ-L
UMCVMB History
FINHUTC 3. Please take into account that the traffic on some of these is extremely heavy these days. *==========================================================================* Hillel Sommer 130 Coe Avenue #52 Graduate Fellow East Haven CT 06512 Yale Law School (203) 468 - 8953 (203) 432 1616
