THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA, DEPARTMENT OF LINGUISTICS invites
applications for a one-year appointment as a teaching and research
postdoctoral fellow in the area of theoretical phonology or in the
area of formal linguistics and logic. Responsibilities include
teaching two undergraduate courses and one graduate course in the
area of specialization as well as working closely with graduate
students. Salary competitive; will vary with qualifications and
experience. Appointment dates: August 1991-June 1992. Interested
applicants should submit a letter of application, current vita, and
three letters of recommendation no later than Feb. 15, 1991 to
