Linguistica Atlantica invites submissions of articles and notes on
descriptive and theoretical linguistics for its 2010 volume. Volume 30
(2009) is a special issue dedicated to politeness theory and facework and
submissions are now closed; Volume 31 (2010) will appear in October 2010.
Submissions will be accepted through September, 2009. Languages of
publication are English or French. Submissions including an abstract, a
full bibliography, and separate file containing author coordinates are
requested via email to the editor at cbodinmcdaniel.edu with a single
paper copy to follow. A double-blind peer review will be provided normally
within two months. The style sheet is that of the Canadian Journal of
Linguistics. Linguistica atlantica is the journal of the Atlantic Provinces
Linguistic Association and welcomes submissions from non-members as well.

Linguistica atlantica appelle aux contributions d'articles et de notes sur
la linguistique descriptive et/ou théorique, en français ou en anglais.
Actuellement sous évaluation est le numéro 30 (2009), sur la théorie de la
politesse et la face; le numéro 31 (2010) apparaîtra en octobre 2010. On
est invité à envoyer à la rédactrice son texte avec résumé, bibliographie
complète, et de nom d'auteur et ses coordonnées par courrier électronique à
cbodinmcdaniel.edu. Deux évaluations anonymes seront fournies normalement
dans un delais de deux mois. La feuille de style est celle du Journal
Canadien de Linguistique et se trouve en abrégé à la fin de chaque numéro.
Linguistica atlantica est le journal de l'Association de Linguistique des
Provinces Atlantiques du Canada (ALPA/APLA), qui invite des soumissions des
non-membres egalement.
