Call for Papers The aim of the conference is the discussion of topics related to a minimum of three languages. Abstracts are invited from interested participants for parallel session papers and for symposia. We welcome original and previously unpublished papers on research on acquisition or use of three or more languages. Contributions in any language will be considered. Abstracts should be sent in the language of presentation accompanied by an English translation, or in English. The deadline for submission of abstracts is January 31st, 2009 Individual papers will be assigned 25 minutes slots: 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Themed symposia have 2 hours slots (4 papers): proposers should include the chair's name, participants' names, titles and abstracts for the papers in their symposium after obtaining their agreement to participate. Please send your abstract (up to 300 words) to L3conference unibz.it and indicate in a separate page the following information: 1. Title of the presentation 2. Deuxième Appel de Communications Le Conseil International d'Études Francophones (CIĒF) lance un deuxième appel de communications pour son 23e congrès mondial, qui aura lieu à La Nouvelle-Orléans, en Louisiane, du 21 au 28 juin 2009. Michel Tremblay, figure emblématique de la littérature québécoise, sera l'invité d'honneur du CIĒF cette année. En plus de nombreuses sessions de communications pluridisciplinaires sur la littérature et la culture dans le monde francophone, le congrès proposera des tables rondes et des séances de lecture d'écrivains, une librairie, des réceptions, des soirées culturelles et des excursions.
