RæL-Revista Electrónica de Lingüística Aplicada (Spanish Association of
Applied Linguistics, I.S.S.N.: 1885-9089) welcomes submissions of papers
for the 2009 volume 8, which will appear in the spring of 2010.

RæL-Revista Electrónica de Lingüística Aplicada publishes original and
unpublished research papers (articles and reviews) dealing with Language
Acquisition and Learning, Language Teaching and Curriculum Design, Language
for Specific Purposes, Psychology of Language, Child Language and
Psycholinguistics, Sociolinguistics, Pragmatics, Discourse Analysis, Corpus
Analysis, Computational Analysis and Linguistic Engineering, Lexicology and
Lexicography, and Translation and Interpretation. In general, we invite
submissions of papers on all topics within the field of linguistics from
perspectives that, due to their descriptive or quantitative nature, are not
purely theoretical. As an electronic journal, we especially welcome
contributions which, due to length or format, would not be compatible with
paper publications elsewhere.

The submitted papers should be written in Spanish, French or English.
Articles should include a list of key words and two abstracts not exceeding
150 words. One of the abstracts should be written in the same language as
the article and the other in a different one (Spanish, French or English).
Electronic submissions should be made in Word format to any of the
following e-mail addresses: editor.redfm.unirioja.es or
javier.martinunirioja.es. The deadline for submission of articles for
volume 8 is 31 December 2009. Those articles received after that date will
be considered for volume 9. The articles will be reviewed within a month.
The final paper should take note of all the corrections and modifications
suggested by the Scientific Board, as well as the publication guidelines of

RæL-Revista Electrónica de Lingüística Aplicada is circulated through the
following databases: DialNet, EBSCO, Directory of Open Access Journals and
Georgetown Newjour. RæL-Revista Electrónica de Lingüística Aplicada is
indexed in Modern Language Association International Bibliography and
Modern Language Association Directory of Periodicals. RæL-Revista
Electrónica de Lingüística Aplicada is disseminated through the DICE
platform, the ISOC database and the LATINDEX directory and catalogue.
