North Side Inc. is hard at work on its Bot Colony title, the first
conversation game in unrestricted English. See www.botcolony.com

We are looking for a Researcher who has experience in the area of Dialogue
Management to join us in our Montreal facility. The key areas of
concentration are dialogue robustness, recovery from mutual
mis-understandings, clarification of user's intent, maintenance of a user
task model, contextual help and provision of feedback.

We are developing a full pipeline for dialogue processing, that includes
parsing, reasoning and generation. A March-2009 vintage technology demo
video is available on YouTube, please type 'Bot Colony' in the YouTube
search box.

We work mostly in Java, and experience in interfacing with parsing,
reasoning and generation software is important, as the Dialogue Manager
interfaces with these components.
