The 5th International Workshop on Spanish Sociolinguistics (WSS5) will be held at North Carolina State University, April 9-10 2010.
Call for Papers: Topics based on original sociolinguistic research analyzing Spanish data or data from contact situations between Spanish and other languages will be given in 20 minute presentations and in a poster session. Papers and presentations will be delivered in Spanish and English. Interested scholars should submit their anonymous abstracts through LinguistList's EasyAbs service: http://linguistlist.org/confcustom/wss5 . Please indicate whether you want to be considered for a talk, a poster, or both. Submissions are limited to one individual and one joint abstract per person. Selected papers will be published by Cascadilla Proceedings Project.
