While Sayyab Books inaugurates the publication of the first volume of Sayyab Translation Journal (STJ), 2008, contributions to the second volume are invited. STJ is an internationally indexed, abstracted and refereed journal that seeks to bring academic, professional and intellectual concerns closer by addressing a wide range of issues related to translation from English into Arabic and vice versa, contrastive as well as cultural research problems and pedagogically-oriented topics. Original pieces of work, including review articles and relevant book reviews are most welcome.
