evaluate and to integrate them into existing system)
-Knowledge of data structures for text processing such as vector space

-NLP (Natural Language Programming)
-Machine translation
-Information extraction / retrieval
-Name-matching
-Document exploitation and evaluation
-Knowledge Representation / cognitive science
-Machine learning
-Data mining solutions on text data
-Social Network Analysis


Additionally
-Java/C++ and MySQL Database
-Knowledge of statistical tools (R or S-Plus preferred, SAS, ...)

Responsibilities:
Design, implement and manage text mining, and feature extraction tools.
