Description:
The joint European Master Programme in Clinical Linguistics was again recognised as a Erasmus Mundus Master by the European Union for a period of 5 years. From now on the programme will be offered by the universities of Joensuu (Finland), Potsdam (Germany) and Groningen (Netherlands) The European Master in Clinical Linguistics (EMCL) is a 24 months full-time interdisciplinary and transnational university program at Masters level providing integrated training in neurolinguistics and clinical linguistics. The objectives of EMCL are to offer a full-time interdisciplinary and transnational university programme at the research masters level providing integrated training in theoretical and experimental neurolinguistics and psycholinguistics with clinical issues. The aim of the Masters Course is to train highly qualified advanced students who are excellently prepared for research work and PhD-programmes in the above fields. Scholarships for students and visiting scholars: For this programme some scholarships for non-European and European students are available. The EMCL programme also offers Erasmus Mundus mobility grants for visiting scholars from non-EU countries accepted to the programme.We invite scholars from non-EU countries working in the fields of language processing, impaired and/or unimpaired language acquisition, neurolinguistics and/or clinical linguistics to submit applications for participation as a visiting scholar to the European Masters Programme in Clinical Linguistics (EMCL). Visiting scholars will join the programme for a period of three months at the University of Potsdam (Germany). More information can be found at the website: http://www.emcl-mundus.com
