Description:
The School of Health Sciences invites applications for a position of Lecturer in Speech and Language Therapy in the field of Acquired Communication Disorders. The successful applicant will join an Allied Health School, where working with an interprofessional mindset is a key focus. The successful applicant will teach and research alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Radiographers, Audiologists, and Neurophysiologists. The School has a sustained reputation for high quality education and a brand new research building adds significantly to the environment for quality allied health research. Applicants for the post must have at least three years' experience in the area of Acquired Neurological Disorders, in a range of settings and with a range of clients as well as post registration professional development activity in the area of acquired communication problems.
